I have been searching for best protein shake for a beginner and I came across this.... I have been using this for a while and I feel this one is really good. It tastes soo good.... It mixes with milk easily.... Also it fullfill my protein goal. If this is the first time u are buying a protein powder go with this..... Body would also feel comfortable digesting lower concentration of protein.... As beginners would have digestive problems when using concentrated protein.... So u should go with this.... I strongly recommend and it gives better results also!

Sweet in taste...If you are on shredded mode...then go for raw whey..

I take my protein powder with milk & during winter months with hot milk. Since whey protein powder denatures in hot water/milk, I take pea or casein protein in winter months. I tried MFF casein (chocolate flavour) recently I am more than happy with it. This is the second time I have tried any MFF product (earlier I tried pea protein) & I feel it to be of high quality each time.

The casein is good for post workout recovery. It is slow digesting so that you are ready for the workout next day. The chocolate flavour is good and great value for money

The protein really mixes well , no lumps, no stucky stuff on your shaker, decent taste, great results, ordered for the 3rd time in a row. Go for it.
