Update: After seeing my somewhat negative first review, the company reached out to me and offered some tips to help with the chair squeaking as well as seeing how they can earn my future business. The company was quick to respond and wanted to make things right. All said, I am keeping the chair as it is comfortable, the heating function is amazing, and spraying all joints with lubricant temporary minimizes the squeaking. Best of all, I found a company that is willing to go the extra mile to back their products and keep their customers happy. After only a couple of uses the chair has developed a squeak when I shift my weight from the front to the back (I.e. when lean forward to take a shot). It is quite on the rotation, but still is unusable as a hunting chair in my deer blind. I would have expected more from a premium chair directly markets to hunters as silent.

So far, I have taken this chair on one hunting trip. I found it to be very easy to assemble with one caveat. I had to turn the mounting plate around to a position where all four holes were perfectly aligned to the seat before I could get the screws in and there is only one position that works. Once I did this, I put marks on the plate and seat so I could align it correctly each time I assembled it so it was no longer an issue after that. The seat has plenty of adjustment for my needs and also is very quiet. It is comfortable and I really like the ability to swivel. My previous chair was fixed so sometimes it was difficult and noisy to turn to look at game. It is quiet heavy so it would be a problem to carry long distances but I knew that before I bought it and I can drive to my blind. The carry straps that come with it are not adequate and if I had to carry it too far I would device a better way to deal with it. Overall, I feel like I made a good purchase.

I took off one star because mine arrived with a small tear in the seat mesh fabric. It is most likely due to the metal plate of the leg assembly hitting the mesh fabric during shipping. I would recommend that packaging be changed so that both ends of the leg assembly be wrapped with bubble wrap or cardboard when the chair is packaged. The foam padding that it was wrapped in is inadequate. Once the chair is unpacked and assembled, I must say that this is probably one of the best hunting blind chairs out there. It seems to be very sturdy, comfortable and quiet. It is like having a high quality office chair in your hunting blind. When making your choice of hunting blind chairs, note what this is, a big, bulky, heavy, extremely comfortable hunting chair. It is best for situations where you will have your blind set up in one place for a while, or maybe if you have an ATV or cart to haul it in. It might also work for a day hunt if you have a very short trip between vehicle and blind spot. I do not recommend using this chair if you will have to haul it on your back any significant distance (particularly if you are hauling a blind as well) to your short term hunting spot. Use a smaller, lighter chair in that case. Bottom line, if you have something to haul it with or will have it in one spot for a while, get this chair.

This is the best hunting chair. It is quiet, adjustable, and heats to stay warm out in the cold. It is very sturdy and adjustable. Purchased a second one for another hunting blind I have.

It’s all good until the temperature drops! The chair performs adequately in the swivel and stability, the comfort is fair with the backrest not being adjustable. But let the temperature fall below 40 degrees and the squeaks and creaks are unbearable. Of course having an accident and hip replacement, I’ve fallen out of the Amazon return window. A losing situation all the way around. Spend your money with companies that stands by their products. Tidewe and Amazon are not them!

This chair is a bit heavy but very comfortable and well worth the money.

Bought this as a gift for my dad for hunting this year as his Christmas present. Is given to him early. He absolutely loves it uses it. Every day was easy for him to take to his hunting spot. It was easy to put together. I have not asked him about the battery life however we did buy an extra battery for him just to make sure that he always had a battery. It is a great chair. He absolutely loves it. My nephews were all eyeballing it wanting one as well, so we will be buying more.

Set this up in my living room. Easy to set up and very comfortable. The swivel works as advertised. Taking to woods for this hunting season. It’s not meant for farting around and sit for a couple hours. It’s really meant for permanent long day of sitting. Very quiet. Would not to try and set up the dark. Would like yo-yo see some sort of waterproof bag or cover on it so you could leave out in woods and protect from the elements. Great and very sturdy.

It's always difficult to hunt from a ground blind because chairs rattle, creak, click & groan because they are on uneven ground. This unit easily eliminated all of that noise by having each individual leg be infinitely adjustable. The weight bearing surface is NOT a group of ball bearings that begin to corrode in damp blinds! The weight bearing surface is on the height adjustable centre shaft on solid hard plastic bushings. Mine makes no noise swivelling. It is sturdy. The only down side to this chair is that the minimum height is too tall for the windows in most ground blinds. Overall minimum seat height of the design needs to be at least 3 inches lower. I can't see 50 yards out into the field with the window slider all the way up on Cabella's 3 man blind. Only the very largest blinds available will provide easy posture for viewing & proper firing from this chair. So if you get a nice chair, buy the very best blind you can afford. However this is a SOLID and SILENT piece of kit!
