Brought this and was unfortunately faulty however the customer service was great they came back to our refund request promptly though we went for refund rather than replacement it was not because of the product just the need for installation on the day

Very easy to fit, whereas the pros would charge you £100s per hour.

Our plumber attempted to install the unit but it was faulty. I contacted the supplier who refuse to even discuss it with me (they claim that this is per their agreement with Amazon). Amazon don’t give me the option to “return” the faulty equipment because it is more than 3 months since purchase. So here I am with a useful, broken macerator and several hundred pounds out of pocket. Disgusting situation, appalling service, caught between a rock and a hard place, I will NEVER deal with this supplier again.

Fitted this first of all there was the large jubilee clip missing, fortunately I was able to use old units one. Secondly worse was that when I flushed toilet it would not turn of, I realised there was supposed to be a non return valve fitted on outlet. So I had to purchase one separately. Not impressed at all.
