worth it!
I am lucky to have pretty good hair already but my nails suck and because I am on the thin side and 53 years old and I have severe osteoporosis (T score -4.1) I am already taking a ton of calcium and vitamin D (when I remember) and unfortunately Fosomax (I am working to change that to a better drug there are at least two that are far superior.) I have only been taking for a couple of weeks but my skin is better and seems to have more plushness to it (not sure that is a word lol). Also I recently broke L5 and L4 (in May 2016) and they seem to be healing reasonably well since I am able to ride my horse for several hours without needing a bunch of pain medication. The price is reasonable and no one paid me for the review and quite frankly as someone who has done Botox and regards it as worthwhile I can afford the $16.00 they are currently charging on Amazon.I actually have seen a difference not in my nails but in my skin weirdly enough which seems thicker and my energy levels. I am lucky to have pretty nice hair anyway (at least for my age) and I seem to heal quicker.I play pretty hard and get cuts and scraps from working my little two horse farm lol but they heal much quicker than they did.I bought this because the ingredients were similar to Elysium basis.I am 53 years old and although I have no illusions or desire to be immortal I want to be as healthy as possible.

I have auto immune complications which affect my hair, skin and nails. I was hesitant to purchase this product because I have purchases so many others with no results, but we never give up do we. I am just about finished with my second bottle and I am surprised at the difference in my nails. They are usually so thin that they rip and tear off before they reach the ends of my fingers. They have surpassed that point and while they aren't like salon nails they are stronger and growing. I'm not sure if my hair has improved on it's own or if HSN is responsible because it certainly seems shinier. I'm convinced that with continued use I will see ever greater changes. Rome wasn't built in a day !!!!!

Great Product
It does take a bit to see the results of any vitamin, usually about 3 months to see full results, but I have noticed that my nails are growing faster and my hair seems to be thicker. I am very grateful for that because due to a surgery I had 4 years ago, I lost a lot of my hair. I used to have really thick hair and a lot of it. So much so that I would often get many compliments. But after surgery, I lost so much of it that you could actually see my scalp and that was so depressing. But now when I touch my hair, it feels thicker and as if I have more of it. I thought maybe I was imaging it or that it was wishful thinking, but my husband and daughter have also noticed the good change in my hair. So I'd like to say thank you for your product and also thank you for selling it at a reasonable price because I will have to take vitamins like these for life and it can get quite expensive buying so many vitamins. Thanks once again for a great product!

Excellent! It Works!
Last year I had a lot of hair breakage/loss. Because of that, I had to cut my long hair shoulder length. I think I cut about 8" off. Since then, I have been taking vitamins and using hair growth shampoos to help grow my hair back long. This is one supplement I attribute to helping me grow my hair back, it is about as long now as it was when i cut it all off last year. I am very happy with the growth. Great Hair Vitamins!
I was so excited to review these Hair Skin and Nails plus vitamins, and recieve a discount for my purchase. I have very dry hair that tends to break easily so getting the length for me is hard. I also have nails that break off easily. These are easy to swallow pills, and do work well showing strength in my nails and thickness in my hair. You do have to take these 3 times a day and as with any other supplement, you have to give some time before you see real results in your body!I really like the ingredients in this product as well and it is different than a lot of other hair vitamins I have tried that only contain biotin. I will definitely be continuing to take these and am excited to see more results!
