Does this come with training wheels

This product does come with training wheels. The only issue I had with this product was the assembly instructions were very minimal and not very helpful and the front wheel bracket/mount onto the tire was extremely tight and difficult to insert.

are the trainning wheel removable?

Training wheels are removable on almost any bike.

how do you tighten the seat on this bike? we have it as tight as the screw will go and it is still coming out and spinning around.

Sorry to hear that the seat is not staying. Best thing to do is buy at a local hardware store what is know as a lock tight washer that has grooves and put one or two inside the bolt. They cost about .25c. That is easier and cheaper than anything else. Indecorate

Is this thing heavy? As in, walmart tank heavy bike?

Don't shop at Walmart, don't know what tank heavy bike is. This is durable, sturdy bike that doesn't weigh a ton. Hope this answered your question
