Our new go to rice pot
We live in Hawaii and rice is a staple for every meal. This rice pot is perfect for our party and gatherings. We can easily feed 200 people, cooking from the rice pot 3-4 times. I love it!

Slow
It’s a nice cooler and does a consistent job but takes way longer than normal cookers. Took 2 hours for one pot…

If you want your rice like Persians cooked
Big capacity and that is the reason I bought it.If you want your rice like Persians cooked, do not buy this - or take your rice out before it steams- while it is wet and steam it yourself. It says 23 cups but again with Persians standard put you should cook max 15 cups. Otherwise your rice would be dry and sticky. It is not Non-Stick pan.I had to experiment with it to get when I take the rice out and steam it myself to get the long grain rice I wanted. I use Basmati Rice and they need a lot of room to grew long.
