Obviously tastes gross as it’s sea gel😂 but very very good for you I’ve noticed a variety of difference my hairs growing quicker my skins awesome and you can use it sooooo many different ways

Horrible smell and taste
Horrible smell and taste but hopefully it’ll be worth it in the long run. I usually have it in my smoothie where you can hardly taste it.

It's Ok
Not smooth as I thought. I purchased 4x Irish Sea Moss (ISM) and gave to family. Unfortunately one member says they're contraindicated due to having high blood pressure and heart arrhythmia. Apparently ISM has an ingredient "Carrageenan" that may increase inflammation in the body? Either way so far have used myself and have had no side effects. It's too early to tell fully, but I mix mine into hot soups as taking in water or warm water still has lumpy bits. I also am not a fan of the pouch and would prefer to have in a jar. So when I can I'll scoop it out. Saying that, the packaging has its benefits... It can get through the post box.

smells like sewage at low tide
I could not use this product, the stench from it made me retch, I did add some to my Porridge, in the hope that the smell would go away, and its even worse, [Waste of a good bowl of porridge,] its so bad that I have had to light a candle to get rid of the smell. what a total waste of money. the house smells like someone has had a major bowel misfunction, never made the loo in time. never again. really disappointed that there is no way to contact the sellers to address this problem , money I can barely afford wasted,.
