Soooo much better than the kitchenaid variant that comes with the mixer. The wire gauge is thicker, the base is also much more robust. Very happy with the quality overall!

My old kitchen aid mixer’s whip broke (lost a wire) after about 50 years of use. This replacement was excellent. Made of stainless steel, it fit my old mixer perfectly. Actually, it’s better than my old whip because it’s more heavy duty. The delivery was very fast. I used it immediately and it did an even better job than my old one. Buy this..it’s great!

The original whisk was aluminum which as most kitchen aid owners know from experience will turn black and nasty in the dishwasher. This one is stainless steel on top and bottom, and we have safely put it through the wash. It is much heavier than the original but so far the mixer doesn’t seem to mind. Watch out for those that say stainless in the title but actually are part aluminum when you read the description. This one is good to go.

I was excited to use this whisk for a GF bagel recipe that specifically called for a whisk instead of a paddle. I thought this was a great price, and the website said it fit my 4.5 QT KA mixer.I was so sad when I began mixing the dough and the whisk didn't reach all the way to the bottom of the bowl!!! :( It's about an inch too short. So, I get to return this and order a 7" whisk instead.Hoping my bagels mixed with the paddle turn out okay . . .

So the product is beautiful. It's sturdy and strong. It's shiny and all that I wanted. The bad part is that is does not fit my kitchen aid. It's an older model so maybe that's why? I don't know. Basically when you press it up onto the post, the rod that sticks out hit's the attachment where it should slide through stopping it. I really like the quality of the attachment though so I think I'll grind part of it to make it fit. If I get it to work I'll post the results. I really hope it works too because then if not it would be a waste of money since I would not be able to return it.

I selected this whisk because it was all stainless steel. Unbeknownst to me the original whisk's base was made aluminum. When I began making butter I would whip in salt at the end for flavor and freshness. After a while the aluminum base was going black from the use of salt. It would come off on my hand when I would remove the whisk. 😟 The bonus for me was how sturdy and larger the new whisk was. I just needed to adjust my Kitchen Aid to accommodate the extra size. Now, with the extra size came volumes of faster mixing. Very Very Pleased with this purchase. 👍😁

What can i say?! i am so beyond happy with this purchase! i bought my mixer maybe over 10 years ago and made a mistake of putting the wisk in the dishwasher, since then it had oxidized and would leave black/gray on my hands. I ordered from another company and the quality was terrible. I then ordered from this seller and wow. Great quality, put it in the wishwasher a few times, and no issues.HIGHLY SUGGEST IT!!!
