For my case, depending on which part of body needs care, Aveeno daily lotion or Mary Ruth Hand cream works well with Siani probiotic spray."Update: Unable to get Mary Ruth Hand cream now. I am back to update my review. I have been using this for at least two or three months I think, with breaks. My skin has suffered from rosacea and other problems. I started using this product and saw immediate improvement. Then suddenly there was another breakout. I was afraid I'd caused worse damage with the product. But then it started to clear up too. It was like my skin had been in some kind of pattern to break out. The probiotic helped, but didn't prevent the next one. I believe that is likely because the next was probably already forming and it didn't show until it moved to the visible part of my skin.Then that has been clearing up. I still have a problem here or there, but my skin actually is looking and feeling better. I felt no hope for my skin for a long time. Now I do.I am not using it every day now. Maybe I should. Or maybe I'm doing what is right for my specific skin since my skin feels better and looks better. (Not claiming magic here. My skin will never be perfect, I'm sure. But this improvement is helping me very much.) At any rate, I am happy with it and glad I bought it and will buy again.-------------I have been using this for a few days now, and must say that it started helping my face skin problems very quickly. I am going to order another bottle so that I'll have it when this one is gone. I believe this will help me in several parts of my body.I have had a lot of problem with the sprayer. The product is so good, I'll buy it again, regardless of the sprayer. But this sprayer is bad. It will not spray. It tries, then just stops. And soon it didn't spray at all. I happened to have another small spray bottle so am using that. It sprays fine.Can this be bought with a regular screw top? I'd really rather do that than have to pour from this bottle using the sprayer as the screw top and remove it every time.

I love this product so much! I had a skin issue that was red & itchy! I used this as directed & within 24 hours, the redness and itch were gone! I have used it in the past for everything from a sore throat to skin irritation, & it does a miraculous job every time!

I feel like tap water was used to fill the bottle. I bought this product for my armpits and it DOES NOT WORK. Also the bottle has no list of ingredients or content. Hard to know what kind of probiotic it is. There is no information. Also YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT! I wish I would have read that before purchasing. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

Pros- underarms have no funky smell any more, sometimes on a stressful or sweaty day I will need to use again but works for the entire dayCON excuse my 2 day grow out but now I have a rash that's giving me the heebeejeebies. It's not itchy or painful but really disconcerting! I've only experienced underarm rashes with deodorants that were too harsh for my skin.

I really like the product and have purchased it several times. It’s effective for me for preventing skin irritation from shaving, rashes from heat, and also body breakouts from sweating when exercising. It also works as a deodorant too (no body odor anywhere).I’ve used far more expensive probiotic sprays that require refrigeration and lots of wasteful shipping materials. This one works just as well and is more affordable and less complicated to ship and store.However the plastic bottle is kinda cheap and the spray nozzle doesn’t work half the time. I’d give it 5 stars if the spray nozzle wasn’t so cheap. I end up wasting product trying to get it to work.Update: they improved the packaging, and the new nozzle works a lot better. Now it’s a five star product!

This product is very good. Very effective and honestly leaves me feeling great all day. My one problem is the spray bottle. It leaks when I spray...a lot. This product is expensive, so to have a leaky trigger, wasting product is a problem for me. As for the product itself, I felt it fair to give it five stars as the product does what the manufacturer claims, but the bottle has got to go.UPDATE:After posting this review, the company sent me another bottle of spray. It was a pleasant surprise, as I was not expecting that at all and I am happy to report, I have no issues with the spray bottle. So, not only does this product work, the seller is very customer service/customer experience oriented. Also, BTW, it is not stated on the bottle, but, I decided to try this as an underarm spray. IT WORKS!!! I use this in addition to my regular deodorant (NOT antiperspirant) because I like a little fragrance. So, again, I highly recommend this product.

I really love this product. The only thing I was bummed about was that the stem did not reach all the way to the bottom of the bottle so I was not able to use the entire product :( but the product itself was really great and has helped with my hormonal acne :) I have already purchased again!
