I was very surprised how greasy this is. I was able to remove the grease by using paper towels. The pictures show how much grease I had to remove.Once it was edible, it tastes pretty good with a nice spicy bit to it.

Just what I wanted

I eat a lot of Bridgeford thick sliced pepperoni and thought I would give buying it on Amazon a try. I ordered (3) bags. The first bag was fine but the last two bags were inedible. They were a soft gooey mess and I threw them away. Never again.

I make 'mini keto pizzas' (pizzas that are gluten free, grain free, and sugar free.) for my family and these are our FAVOURITE pepperoni! They are the best! Originally we had got the logs and sliced them ourselves, but now we've found the slices and I am so excited to make a whole bunch of pizzas today and freeze them so that we can just pop one out and enjoy these delicious pepperoni anytime we feel like it!! The have just the right amount of spice, they crisp up super lovely in the oven, and I can't imagine eating another brand of pepperoni now that I have tasted these.
