Brilliant! Always used the droplet version. But the capsules are far more tolerable to take than the raw oil!!

There’s a horrible aftertaste to these, not been on them long enough yet to know if there’s improvements but yeh the taste stays for a while.

I hate writing reviews for vitamins as the bottom line is - I've no idea whether they are working or not. All I can say is that these didn't give me any side effects.I get flare ups of Heliobacter overgrowth about once every 12-18 months and have a home remedy routine that gets it back under control (I hope). This is one of the supplements that I use.
