I love this honey! I put it on my greek yogurt for lunch every day. I have also used it on cottage cheese. It truly is the best honey and the ginger is not strong but is there. Soooo good for you!

Has a different taste and the ginger is minced up into the honey like small chunks not blended in. I use it for my morning teas and noticed it tasted a bit different than other brands but not in a bad way. Overall I thought it was a bit overpriced for what it is and I'd go with another brand for my next purchase.
