I really like this item. I believe it works well if you have the time to hold it and let it kinda dry the wound as much as possible you get more healing that way.

I bought this for a wound that I have had for 2 yrs now and I have now built up an allergy to all bandages because I have had to cover it for 2 yrs due to the weeping of the wound. I bought this hoping it would help. I used it once for 10 minutes the next day when I removed the dressing it was very red like the whole thing was infected. I used again the next day and when I changed the dressing my wound looked like it was a severe sunburn. It wasn't infected and was sore but the skin was very dark red and the only thing different was using the light. I used it with the fan to help dry the wound and put it 5cm away like it said. Just be very careful with this, a wound is already an open area for infection to the skin. This broke down the skin integrity around the wound.

I purchased this product about 1 week after I crashed a motorcycle into a tree (no judgement, people) ;) I think it would have helped heal the scrape on my shin....before it became infected. I have used it, while also on antibiotics, and can't say for sure how much healing to attribute to the device. I can say that it is quiet and easy to use. I will update this review when/if I need it again (hopefully not for the same, stupid reason!). It's nice to have a non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical option on hand, if needed.

Nothing to dislike here. Great product. Highly recommended by me and my wife.

It didn’t come with a charging cord or a manual on how to use the unit. This looks used. I’m also missing one of the sterile filters

I wish I had videoed the healing of the open blisters on my daughters legs. She has a chronic vein issue that occasionally results in large open sores. She would remove nonadherent bandages that still stuck and created more wounds. By washing the wounds and using this device healing was swift. The raw blisters quickly seal over to prevent infection. We are grateful this affordable device was available to us and so effective.
