The UA1 Universal Acoustic Guitar Stands are furniture quality and were designed to provide solid, gentle and secure support for acoustic guitars both large and small. The acoustic guitar-shaped face is cut from 3/4" stain grade maple laminate for long lasting strength and beauty. Soft, heavy duty felt pads insure that the instrument's finish doesn't touch wood. The stand's lean-to design allows gravity to keep the guitar in place without needing anything touching the neck, while the H-style back leg provides four point contact with the ground for unwavering support. The solid maple fold-up guitar rest are covered with real suede leather to protect the finish on fine quality instruments. The solid maple neck guide does not touch the neck unless it absolutely has to. The attachment blocks and wood hinges are all handmade from solid maple. The neck guide, back leg and guitar rest pegs all fold in for easy transport. Finish includes hand edging, sanding, filling and a hand-rubbed clear-coat before a final sanding and spray clear-coat.
