Our Diocese ordered a different keyboard before...and those keyboards were HORRIBLE! I finally got sick of fighting with them and searched for a new keyboard to use with my iPad. I came across this keyboard and thought I would give it a shot. I. LOVE. THIS. KEYBOARD.!!!! The first one they sent me had a bit of a glitch and I emailed the company. They IMMEDIATELY got back to me, asked me for my address, and fast-tracked me a replacement! I am so incredibly impressed! I told my office mates about it - they've ordered some for themselves. AND the power-that-be have ordered several for one of our schools! I think we just found our new company and keyboard!!!!

I bought this because my iPad screen was broken and I couldn't put in the PW when I tried to back it up. I plugged this keyboard in and was able to back up my iPad saving months worth of data (I know I should have been backing it up all along). Apple told me there was no hope but I kept searching until I found a message board pointing me in the direction of this keyboard. What a relief. Worth every penny even if I never use it again.

You attach the lightning cable to the iPad USB slot and it works. Magic. After my hours of frustration with the Bluetooth keyboard I bought first, and returned, this was a dream come true for my ipad4. It just works. Eleven inches long, five inches deep, well spaced keys with a satisfying feel to them, and very much like an Apple keyboard. Couldn't ask for anything more.

There's nothing bad about this product. I bought this because my phone got water damaged and I couldn't unlock my screen due to the screen not working. I couldn't sync or retrieve any pics or video so I bought this. I plugged my phone into the computer with iTunes and when it told me I needed to unlock my phone, I then plugged in this keyboard and typed my pin in and boom! It was syncing and I was able to download video and pics to my computer.

I purchased this so my wife (a writer) could use it with her iPad Air. It works perfectly for about 10 minutes, then completely stops working. She has to unplug it from the iPad, wait about 20-30 seconds, then plug it back in again. It will work for another 10 minutes, then repeats the problem. I tried it with my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 8 Plus; same result. I thought a plugin keyboard would be more reliable. I'll stick with bluetooth.

Return window closed a month ago. Comma key quit working today. Unless I can get some warranty satisfaction from the manufacturer, even though I really liked the keyboard, without a comma key it is totally frustrating.

I only had my iPhone 6 weeks when it was accidental crushed. I had not connected it to my laptop and the phone had a passcode. This keyboard was my only hope to unlocked my phone to back it up and it worked!! I am super satisfied! I went to the Apple Store and searched their website to find out how to salvage my pics etc from my phone and they all said it definitely could not be done. Thanks for making me a super happy customer!!!

No hassle set up. Just plug it it and it works great. Feels like a real apple keyboard. I’m very satisfied, and would recommend to anyone looking for an iPad keyboard. It works with my 6th gen 2018 model.
