Awesome guitar, great seller
I purchased this guitar through one of the authorized third-party retailers. It was a floor model listed as used-like new. For the discount they gave, it was well worth it. They shipped it quickly, it came with everything a new purchase would and they certified the first-time owner's manufacturer's warranty was still valid. It was very secure in the shipping and not a single mark on the guitar. The only evidence it'd even been used were a few fingerprints, but it was so shiny and clean. As far as the instrument itself, I was apprehensive about purchasing a guitar online but all the stores since the pandemic have such limited stock anymore so I took a chance and have been blown away. The craftsmanship is amazing, it feels so comfortable and good to play, and most importantly it sounds so good. It produces overtones with every chord. I love playing it just acoustic, but the pickup is also top-notch quality as well. I also love the built-in chromatic tuner. Overall, this is easily one of the best guitars I've ever played and I couldn't be happier.

Great playing and looking guitar
I like this guitar! It plays and sounds great out of the box. The action is just right and its not too low and giving me buzz. It looks beatiful and well made! This has become one of my main gig guitars.

The looks/sounds of this baby is awesome! Even my wife said
I rarely write a review. I have to say something about this Takamine Pro Series EF508KC. The looks/sounds of this baby is awesome! Even my wife said...it sounds beautiful. The built in tuner/amp are amazing. Last but not least, here are some cool stuffs came with the guitar: Hard Case with Takamine written on it, Belt for carrying the case, 2 keys, soft cloth for wiping the guitar and of course the manual. Thank you Amazon, reviewers and above all to GearNuts for this beautiful guitar. This is the only guitar I will play!!!!!!!!

Fantastic!
Amazing Guitar. Just got it back from my local luthier. I had it set-up. Out of the box the action was very high and there was too much neck relief. Expected with most new guitars. But it is an amazing instrument. Order one. You wont be dissapointed. The sound is on the thinner side. It sounds full, but you deff hear the highs. Sounds like my Taylor 214ce Koa. It blows the 214ce out of the water. You can really feel the handmade quality being made in Takamines Sakashita Pro Factory. My Taylor feels mass produced and cheap. It wasnt cheap. But feels cheap. The Takamine is 40% more than my Taylor but feels like its 200% better. Not trying to bash Taylor. If you have one then great. Its a good guitar. But this Takamine EF508KC is a heirloom quality guitar. Get one. Youll love it.
