Will this help swollen ankles

I suffer with vit b12 deficiency.My legs ache feet swell up & get hot burning sensation.It's really good,soothes them really well.I put it in a square bowl rather than in bath.Soak for a good half hour or more.Hope this helps 😊

To anyone else wondering, Ignore other answers, it clearly says USP pharmaceutical grade, it is not recommended for human consumption as in large amounts it can upset the GI tract and can also act as a laxative, if you are using to add trace minerals to distilled water for example then its fine as you'd only be using VERY small amounts, the very definition of USP grade: "This grade is acceptable for food, drug, or medicinal use"
