Very sharp
I bought this to replace our coloured bladed knives and it's fantastic! Looks and feels high quality. Fits nicely in my hand, has a good grip and balanced weight.Slices through even the toughest of loaves with ease and I like that it comes with a cover.

It Really Works
I have been looking for a spreading knife for a while. Now I have found it. The knife works really well, spreading butter etc evenly and easily every time. Comfortable to hold, flexible and light. The blade has a sharp edge for cutting bread neatly after spreading the butter., resulting in a nice neat finished item.

Cheese-lover essential tool
Bought to replace an expensive similar design, bought many years ago, whose handle is finally starting to crack. This knife is even more ergonomic and cuts brilliantly! With practice, it can be used with great precision to cut very thin slices across both very hard and soft cheeses. Large enough to work with big cheese wedges. The protective cover is a good idea - both for the knife and the user. Good value for money.A must-have unless you own a similarly capable knife already.
