Recommended If you have chronic tightness or pain
As someone who gets frequent sports massage or goes for treatment as I train quite a lot, this is helping me to save money as I can apply them on tight areas like my traps myself at home. Fairly easy to use by yourself or if you get someone to help too.

Took a while to get used to it as originally it wasn’t keeping it air tight. But I’ve had a bit of practice and it’s decent. Not the easiest thing to use on yourself but it’s decent and excellent value for money

Arrived damaged, poor packaging, vendor expects you to pay for returns
product was packaged in soft bag and all cups were broken on arrival. Vendor expects me to pay for shipping return for any refund. Cups also of poor quality,

So far so good! Used it quickly on my shoulder area last night and I can finally lift my arms over my head and thats from one session, can't wait to see the full outcome!!

Does not last
I used it once when I first got it and it worked really well! However when I used it the second time a lot of them would not suction anymore and some of them even cracked. I can no longer use it.

Good value for money works well
Great value for money. Think it costs more for someone to do this once for you. It hasn’t cured my shoulder pain but it feels nice, abit like a relaxing massage therapy. I would recommend looking on YouTube how to use and place these as you are not supposed to place it in certain areas of your body
