Very good product needs thought when installing

Expensive and extremely badly designed
Most friction door stays allow you to adjust the friction on the stay arm in the slider, whereas this one applies the friction at the pivot on the door frame. Despite having a locking washer, the friction adjustment bolt on the pivot works loose very easily. I have to tighten mine every couple of days, which is frustrating. Moreover, the stay arm grinds alarmingly as it runs along the slider, despite the addition of grease to it (yes, I have checked all the alignments!) It needs something like a PTFE collar around the end of the stay arm to get it to slide smoothly. I suspect the only way I’m going to get this device to work effectively is to drill out the head of the stay arm and fit it with PTFE washers and a locking nut and bolt so that friction can be applied on the slider rather than the pivot. Because of these fundamental shortcomings in the design, I cannot recommend this product.
