So, I got this shampoo because since menopause my hair is drastically thinner and fragile. I'll give it a go, just got it, but the shampoo is very watered down. Very watered down. Be aware of this issue as I wasted a lot the first time I used it. It poured out all over my hand! At this price, you certainly don't want to throw it away. The conditioner is almost too thick, that's what's really weird. I've seen a lot of comments about the smell, I didn't notice anything funky in the smell. Hoping it helps but if I don't notice any change by the time it's out, I'm going back to my old shampoo.

Ok this stuff is AMAZING! I have damaged hair from bleaching and coloring and then bleaching again lol and this shampoo and conditioner works wonders. I have tried everything under the sun and can honestly say that this stuff is by far my favorite. My hair was so soft and silky even after my first use and it continues to amaze. I have only been using it for 10 washes and I can't believe the results!! My hair is definitely growing - not at a magical speed but definitely faster than it was with the other treatments I've tried. The best part is that it has all natural and organic ingredients so it is so good for my hair and scalp. My hair hasn't looked this healthy and shiny in a very long time. Customer for life!

I love my new shampoo, all though i have only used it once since i received it, i don't think it smells that bad. the only problem was,when i received my package the shampoo had spilled half of the bottle in the packaging along with my other things that i purchase along with it,I am happy so far, i will keep you posted. the conditioner is awesome i love the way it leaves my hair.but other than that it's the only reason i gave it 4 stars.

I was disappointed in this shampoo, especially since I spent almost twenty dollars on it. My hair has gotten thinner in the last year or two from menopause, and I wanted to try this shampoo because it says it is supposed to help (and because of the natural ingredients). I have been using it for a while now and I have not seen any difference in my hair. It smells ok and lathers up nicely. It also rinses out easily. I have combination hair - dry at the bottom, oilier at the roots, and I have noticed that my hair has a greasier or just not as clean feeling since I have been using it. I have not finished the bottle and have switched back to my old shampoo.I paid full retail price for this item and no review was expected or required.

I have used it for awhile it seems to be working not really sure I like it, so my oldest daughter who has thyroid issues is using it and she just loves it says her hair looks to be thicker on top

I haven't used this product yet, but I am already put off by the amount that's in the bottle. I happened to set the bottle next to a light in my bathroom and happened to notice that it's well below the top of the bottle. I get that potato chip bags are puffed with air, but when a consumer buys shampoo and other products online, and can't touch, smell or in this case, hold it up to the light to see how much is in there, it's deceptive advertising and not appreciated. It may be 13.5 oz. of shampoo, or it may just be that the bottle holds 13.5 oz. and they chose to put 10 oz. in there, I don't have a way to weigh it, but I hate feeling deceived and won't buy it again.

This shampoo is great! Lots of lather. Smells good also. My hair, which is described as fine, straight, and colored, looks and feels amazing! It's so soft and has volume. I don't have fists full of lost hair any more, for which I'm very grateful. Thanks Punch Skin Care!

Does not seem to generate any benefits of increased anything from what i have noticed
