Works really well
Difficult to get my 74 year old back to conform to the curve but I’m taller 😂and waking with minimal aches after a hard day’s gardening 👏I’ve recommended it to others who are getting the same results.Back lifts have a greater range too. 😃

Caused more harm than good
I bought this as my back felt stiff and sore. When this arrived, I went to use it immediately. I must have pulled or strained a muscle. I was in so much pain, I had to go to the doctor's for a prescription of strong inflammation pills (or it could be some pain killers). Returned it as soon as I could as I wasn't going to do that again. Mind you, this is through user error, the product was sturdy and could hold up to my 17something stone weight. I fell for those stupid tiktoks where you could crack your back. If that's what you're looking for, this is for someone who as a bit more flexibility.

Surprisingly does what it claims!
I have been suffering from lower back pain for a number of months after slipping on a wet surface and twisting awkwardly. As a consequence it has continued to get progressively worse, particularly when getting up from a seated position. Out of desperation I looked into back stretching and devices, and having read the reviews here I thought for the small amount of money this costs I'd try it.Instructions on the box says 15 mins a day, so when it arrived I put it together on the lowest setting (very easy to do) and lay down on the floor as it described. It was peculiar and little uncomfortable at first and then as I relaxed and bent my knees it eased and I read a book for 15 mins. Getting off requires rolling into your side which was very painful at first. However on standing up, I was amazed at how different I felt, I would not have thought it possible. After only three days of use at 15 mins most of my lower back stiffness has gone! I will continue to use this everyday now as my flexibility has / is increasing to levels I have not experienced for many years.Pleasently surprised of High Wycombe 😃

Great Value
Does exactly what it says. As good as the known brands, at a third of the price. Very good.

Waste of time. Flimsy structure
Advert was too good to be true.Position 1 does not stay in place as plastic not rigidPosition 2 stay in place but the arch collapses and bends flat negating the benefit of arch stretch. I had to roll up a small towel and place under the arch to stop it from collapsing. Begging the question, why not just use a rolled up towel as my osteo already advised.Position 3 is as bad at collapsing and it springs out of the ridges when you sit up.My wife, son and I tried it. All had same problem. No pain relief. No back cracking. Just some dimples on the skin from the acupressure points.Great idea. Badly made and inadequate material.Item returned.

Amazing
I will admit I was skeptical before, but I tried this for the first time today and ended up getting a great sleep, it helped release the tension in my back by a massive amount, although for someone with hand problems it is slightly difficult to assemble and takes alittle strength. I would still say this is the best product I have purchased in months
