Game Ready Large Right Shoulder Wrap - ATX - Cold Therapy Wrap

The picture on this is kind of deceptive ... it looks like you are getting the complete ready-to-use shoulder wrap, but what you are actually getting is two separate pieces of material with no instructions on what to do with them. And there is no attached hose. I have the Game Ready leg wrap and the arm wrap and both are complete wraps with attached hoses. The inner wrap where the water circulates is sewn to the outer piece of the wrap that velcros shut. Easy to use, they arrived, I plug them into the Game Ready and they are ready to go. I don't know why the shoulder wrap would be any different. I am returning the item.

I am renting the device and have the right shoulder wrap on as I type this. The attachment is in the wrap, HOWEVER, it is nearly impossible to reattach it to the cord from the icing unit by oneself. They could only have made it harder by placing the attachment unit behind the back. Simply making it more like a dongle would have helped. So if you are spending days by yourself, you will struggle to get reattached each time you have to detach to get more ice, something to drink, use the restroom, etc. Very poor design. I have cursed it 25 times in 2 days.
