We have been eating lowcarb/keto for years now and wanted to give this lower carb sweetener a try. Previously I have tried the Monk Fruit/Erythritol sweetener. Honestly, I am not sure how much I like this kind. I feel like it gives me stomach issues/gas. I have tried baking with it and it makes the baked good really hard (and dry) on the outside. Yes, this sweetener has a cooling sensation in the mouth. And I do like the fact that this sugar substitute is non cariogenic (meaning it won’t cause cavities. In fact, some research was shown that Xylitol can reverse caries.) but personally, I haven’t been using this much due to the stomach issues it causes.

Overall, I'm so happy with the sweet flavor that xylitol gives my coffee, baked items, and apple sauce. In fact, for my baking recipes and applesauce, I tend to use a little less in terms of the sugar measurement that the recipe calls for.

I have been using Xylitol for about a year since being diagnosed with diabetes. It is the only thing that I have tried that actually doesn't have an after taste. It is a little grainy as is all Xylitol products. That is not a problem for most things it dissolves fine in hot drinks. I just dissolve it in something warm first for cold drinks. This is a really good price so I thought I would order it even though there were no reviews. It is a USA made product. It is as good or better as any other brand I have tried. Just remember to start easy on Xylitol. It will play havoc with your digestive system if you use to much to start. You do have to build a little tolerance up for it. Once you do all if fine.I was very happy with this purchase and have ordered it again.

I have ordered many times before and had no problems this time it was a little moist and not granulized as it should be

It was shipped quickly and I received it within days of order, and the packaging was intact. The weight was spot on 3 pounds because I weighed it on my digital kitchen scale. The taste is just like sugar and no aftertaste, thank goodness. I use it in my morning smoothie or coffee, usually just once a day on average and I have not noticed any adverse side effects.

Great taste! Love this, and I will be purchasing it again.It does take a little bit of getting used to, but not too much :) It has a slight cooling sensation afterward, but doesn't taste weird or anything.

Tastes good with just enough sweetener level plus a good price in bulk 3 lb bag.
