OMG - I love these! My shoulders/neck get very tense and these balls are fantastic to massage some of those knots and tightness away. I love how firm they are so I can press down to get deeper pressure or roll them along, say, my arms for lighter pressure. I can squeeze a ball between my shoulders or upper back and the wall and get a great massage that way. I should say that I like deep-tissue massages so the firmness of these balls work well for me. (Also, fortunately, the balls I received did not have a smell to them; some other reviews had mentioned the balls they received had a smell.)

Heavier than I was expecting but very dense and gets the job done well. The texture of the ball is nice as well. Side note: My dog has claimed one of the 2 that I have and he is obsessed with it, carries it around with him every where he goes. It's strong enough that he can bite into it and not destroy it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought these at the suggestion of my physical therapist. The balls do exactly what they’re supposed to do and help with stretching or releasing pressure with my hip flexors. These are way better than tennis balls or the softer balls that you can buy, which don’t really offer a lot of Relief. For the price these are awesome highly recommend.

Super nice balls. They are great for sore points. If you have dogs, don't leave them around... my dogs just love them too!

I got these after I tried them out at a friend's house. My PT always recommends rolling using a tennis ball to target deep muscle knots, but tennis balls weren't dense enough to break up the knots in my lower back. What a difference these made! I stand against a wall and roll myself on the ball for a couple of minutes. I also use them to massage the bottom of my feet after a long day of walking or standing. It's also easy to travel with and has been a big help on long travel days.

These are the best balls I've ever ordered. Bright vibrant magical colors. Round spherical shape is exactly what I was expecting, and let me tell you, that's precisely what I got! OK, lets be honest, I bought them to work out muscle kinks, and they are perfect.

Purchased these to use as part of my mobility training and they have worked great. They are a perfect size and very sturdy. My dog even got ahold of one and was unable to destroy it. Great addition to my current equipment.

Currently in physical therapy for my neck and back my therapist had these and I tried them out, game over!! Way better than having to keep telling my kids massage harder and listening to them whine 😉 and you can take them anywhere you go. I personally find much relief whenever I need it
