Love the product, perfect fit in my new GRiii!Only gave 4 stars as I wish there was an all metal option, or that the stuck on piece of vinyl/faux leather was rubberised or just the same as the rest of the thumb grip.That's just personal preference though, lovely addition and definitely recommend.

Good quality finish that matches the silver finish of the X100

I was finding it annoying when holding my Ricoh GR3X in one hand that my thumb was pressing the exposure compensation dial. Installing the JJC Thumb Grip cured this immediately. It also makes holding the little Ricoh single handed more secure. It is marginally harder to turn the camera on and off but this is a small price to pay for the benefits. As always JJC camera accessories are well made and fit the camera perfectly.

This attaches to the hotshot of the camera, it really helps with the single hand grip, making it easier to grip onto the camera.Very happy with this.

I like it - but would say you can use the camera without it. Since I have it - I'll use it,but you are probably not missing out if you go without it.

I thought perhaps a bit excessive when ordering but I do like a gadget ! But I must say it is really useful as just makes the camera do much more secure and safe in your hands.

Bought the gr3 version for my canon eos m3 and it works great on that camera too. With some blu tack under the hot shoe it stays in place reasonably well and provides a good bit of extra grip when shooting in portrait. It does cover the mode dial on the m3 but it wasn't originally designed for that camera and tbh I dont ever use the mode dial, it just stays in manual with auto ISO.

Don't buy it if you use back focus and exposition compensation. The thing gets in the way and prevent adequate usage of these functions.

Iets te duur voor wat je krijgt, maar hiermee en zeker in combinatie met de grip kan je wel veel gemakkelijker met 1 hand bedienen
