Great for the Protein
This is a great food product to help hit those higher protein goals. You will for sure need to add some flavor but has a similar taste to rice but with a big protein benefit

Best lupin bean or flour recipe
I love this lupin. I use it as a rice substitute and in pancakes, grits, bread or panko replacement in recipes. This is a staple product I purchase regularly and is a must-have in my house as I am low carb and do not eat bread, pasta, or rice.

Great Product!
Bought this as a low carb alternative to corn grits due to being Type 1 Diabetic, but also on a low card high protein diet. I took some and ground it in my nutrabullet to get a better texture and I added some OOO FLAVORS Corn Tortilla extract, heavy cream, butter and it was so delicious!

Made shrimp and grits with it. Delicious! Expensive product but I haven’t found anything better for keto grits.

This product makes a great grain free breading for fish or chicken. It also works great as a grain free substitute in meatballs or meat loaf. It adds extra protein also.

This product was different from the size that I expected. It is very small. When I tried to return, they wouldn't let me. Check before you buy

Great side dish that is hardy like a carb would be!
Made this to have with chicken and crab. I added butter after I set it sit and soften. Very happy with the texture. I plan to buy the plain a make a breakfast sweet grits/cream of wheat/oatmeal dish.
