These are by far the best donut molds that I have used! I own a keto bakery and make A LOT of bagels and donuts every week. I go through pans like there's not tomorrow. These are extremely sturdy, super easy to clean and bake evenly. I just ordered four more and I'm sure will be ordering more in the near future.

My family was craving donuts, and since we're gluten free, I can't just run to the store to pick some up. I had gotten rid of my old metal donut pan as I no longer like to use non-stick pans. I wanted/needed a silicone donut pan that would fit in my toaster oven. This pan is approximately 11 1/8" x 11 1/8", so it fits perfectly in my toaster oven. The pan makes 9 full size donuts.I like that this pan is not flimsy. It made of a heavy silicone which cleans up easily.I found that the donuts release easily from the pan when they have completely cooled. If I wanted to take them out while they were still warm, I, at times, had to gently coax them out, but the donuts still came out in one piece. I like that I didn't have to grease the pans to get a clean release. The design of the wells on this pan allow for a true donut shape with hole without needing to punch out the center hole after baking. I filled my pans roughly three-fourths of the way full to create a nice looking donut.It took a little work to create a good recipe, but I'm thrilled to be able to make my family tasty gluten-free (grain-free) donuts without much effort.I paid full price for this donut pan.

I just purchased this silicone donut mold for making grain free donuts and bagles. The quality is fantastic. I love the fact that this pan is not as flimsy as other thinner silicone molds. I made my recipe and this pan was excellent to use. Nothing stuck, and clean up was as simple as wiping it with a damp cloth. I am a huge fan of cast iron cook/bake ware but I believe I have a new favorite.

It's fairly easy to clean but just double check the pan because I have missed spots, since it's dark in color. I have used this for donuts and for frozen yogurt (makes it easy to pop out n great portion control). I do place a pan underneath it to stabilize it but that's an easy thing to deal with. I'm happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately, this product does NOT pass the pinch test, as a previous reviewer had already mentioned. This is not 100% silicone.

It states large in the listing but I find it medium to medium small. I want large to make large bagels you buy in the store. The other one I sent back was even smaller so I guess I shouldn’t complain. I’m going to keep searching until I get the industrial size I want. It may be just me folks. It is sturdy enough just not big enough to my liking

I love how sturdy it is for a silicone pan. Most of the time I get a silicone pan I have to use a metal baking sheet underneath so I can get it in and out of the oven, but this one is sufficient on its own.

I bought this one on a whim since I've been looking for a good doughnut pan and I liked the idea of silicone instead of metals. Now I purposely burned/really stuck batter on this to see if it would damage, discoloration or otherwise make it hard to clean but the mold still cleaned really easy. Just had to squeeze the wells and the crusty burnt stuff crumbled right off. Definitely will order another one and possibly other molds as well.
