The outer jacket is thin, although the top flap has a stiff inner layer, so it works good. But the back does not have the same stiff layer, so after just a few days of being in my pocket it is starting to get a dog ear bend on one corner.The clip on case inner portion of it just adds too much thickness to my Nexus 6P.That case part is a softer compound than other makes use like Tech21, so they need more of it to be robust enough to not break apart.Not a horrible case by any measure, but not a great one either.If this is going in a purse, i'd say it will do a good job.If it's going in and out of a pants pockets, not so good.

If this case was $3.99 it would be a five star case. But at the same cost as the REAL leather official Nexus folio case this one is three stars, at best. I don't fault the seller, they need to make money, but if you are looking for a better fit and and an awesome feel, spend your money on the real deal.

It looks very nice when on the phone, but after 4 weeks of use, the top cover started to come apart exposing the cardboard inside. I glued it back together until I could order a different cover. This is a very temporary cover.
