This is a big lunch bag, more like a cooler. I pre-pack my meals for the week so I bought this so my trays would have room to lay flat, which they do easily. I can also fit plenty of fruit, a 32oz water bottle, a coffee travel mug, breakfast and any other items I need. Yes, there is a chemical smell mentioned in the other reviews, but it has pretty much worn off in the past few weeks. The zippers are a little wonky, but they work fine. I don't care for the separate lid compartment. I don't have anything I need to put in there and it makes the lid heavy and cumbersome. But, overall, a great bag if you need lots of room.

This was way bigger than I thought it would be. It was for my husband to take his lunch. You can actually fit about 12 bottles of water in here. It is great for a park or if you are going on a road trip. It kept the water pretty cold throughout the day.

I purchased this cooler in 02/2016, but did not start using it until 06/2016. It lasted 3 months of Monday-Friday lunches consisting of a sandwich, chips, snack, and an ice pack. Then the interior seams started coming apart. Still using it after another 3 months and it just continues to keep tearing apart. Per the item description: "The only lunch bag backed by a Lifetime Free Replacement Guarantee!" In searching Amazon it states to contact the seller directly. After much clicking of links regarding warranties and "storefronts" I could find no such information to contact the seller. So in response I am providing my $0.02 on the quality of said product. My replacement lunchbag cost $3.00 more and is twice the quality, plus hard lined also.

I read the previous reviews and most complained about the zippers being hard to use, that's because most people don't know what a quality zipper is supposed to feel like. This a great quality cooler. I have owned a few Walmart soft coolers which start off poor quality, compared to the cruise,,, no comparison Cadillac to a Kia. The size is perfect for my needs, holds everything cool for the whole day.

Initially, I was very happy with this product. I thought the insulation was very good. Its a bit too large for my need but that's not an issue with the bag itself.II received this bag July 1, 2016. Last week I was suprised to niticed and see that the seam in the inner side of the bag both on the body and cover are already reaped off. I was looking into returning them but the website indicates that the period to return it is over. It's just bee a month and a week since I got this bag.I hope Amazon and the manufacture of this product would do something regarding this product that I got,

Excellent item!I just did not like that it was delivered to the incorrect address. The person who received the item was kind to take it to the right address.

Have had the bag a few weeks and it is just what I had hoped so far. The utensil holders are a nice feature and the bag keeps items reasonably cold with the aid of an ice pack. Working in a factory without climate control, that comes in handy. I'd recommend this for someone who is willing to pay for a quality, large lunch carrier.

Its a task to zipper up and zipper down. I was expecting good quality material, but nope no good quality material. A container of sauce spilled inside the bag, and I realized its not even water insulated. I got the spill all over my car seat. They could do better for the price one pays for this bag.
