Saved a lot of money buying this there was some minor wording difference and page differences between this text book and the one that was sold in the college book store which at times made it a little weird. There was other people that bought this same book from amazon and theirs was even slightly different than both mine and the colleges copy. Over all worth the money I saved.

This book helped me pass my exam in 4 weeks because I do better with books rather than reading on a laptop. Other than that $200 was pretty expensive.

I bought this during Black Friday deals and only paid $49 for it and it's basically brand new. There was a page or two that were folded in the book but that doesn't matter. I just started my studying for my nasm certifications. And this will be a great help to look back into and get it more information that's probably not on the online training.

I just love this book. It's beautiful formatted in color. The tips, techniques, key facts and more color coded makes for easy reading. The 23 chapters detail every aspect both technical, theoretical and social aspects of being a coach. I'm yet to go through the content completely so that's still to be evaluated if it helps pass the exam.
