Just doesn't mix
This either stays as a powder or becomes a gelatinous, fatty paste in shakes and the like. The taste is obvious enough that my autistic kids won't eat it if I mix it in, and in the meals where it doesn't mix in, it just stays in powdery clumps.The ingredients are good, and the sugar/fat ratio is great for my needs, but it just isn't usable.
