Flavor
I ordered this to try and wow. It's so good it's the only garlic I use. Scanned eggs pop with flavor as does everything I use it in. I love everything so far that I had recieved from them. I'm replacing all my other spuces slowly as spices are pricey.

Worthless...
Price is important part of the equation. This is sold for more than Simply Organic when it is the same packaging so it just simply makes it one star when it comes to value. For quality, Chinese have the pumpkin seed market as well as the garlic and although I would prefer organic, I have witnessed Chinese practices so I would simply avoid this organic garlic and proudly rely on the non-GMO, conventional US garlic where I have witnessed their production as well and will recommend US garlic any time of the day.I place quinoa, frozen peas in a pot, add water and tomato paste. I saute lots of onion separately then in ten minutes I add paprika, cumin, dillweed, gram marsala, crushed red pepper, turmeric and lots of crushed Christopher Ranch garlic, mix it well and add the mix to the pot and let it sit without heat for five minutes. Delicious, delicious, delicious.Members of the same plant family, garlic and onions do so many things for your heart and immune system, it's hard to list them all. Garlic's 70 active phytochemicals may decrease high blood pressure by as much as 30 points, and it lowers rates of ovarian, colorectal, and other cancers, according to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Onions are the single best source of quercitin, a flavonoid shown to keep your blood healthy and prevent clots. Both are must-haves for natural allergy prevention. To boost garlic's health effects, be sure to crush the cloves and let them stand for up to 30 minutes before heating them. Most of an onion's nutrition is in the skins, so putting the skins in a mesh bag and allowing them to steep in soups or sauces or in my case leaving it in vinegar. I buy these beauties of Monviso CA Heirloom Garlic all the time with bold nutty flavor which is the only commercially grown Heirloom variety in US, founded in 1956 by Don Christopher, the largest fresh garlic grower in the nation, packing some 70 million pounds of these beauties each year. It is so hot and tasty that although I eat a clove every single night, I can never consume any as is unless crushed and mixed with tomatoes for my delicious omelettes after my heavy workouts since it will pain my mouth, otherwise I never cook with garlic. To keep the four pound bag fresh, I remove the bulbs from the clove, leave only the one outer layer of the skin on the bulb, place it in the balsamic vinegar. I use the vinegar in all my foods and every night I take out some twenty bulbs, remove the outer layer skin easily and enjoy the strong tone down sharp taste of the garlic bulb with my food without worrying about my garlic inventory since I insure to have quite few pounds of these beauties laying in vinegar a month before consumption. I never heat the garlic since heat kills nutritional value of any food. Cutting and leaving the garlic for some 15 minutes prior to consumption enhances the nutritional value, the sharpness and the taste of garlic. No heating of the garlic except with my omelettes. China produces 20 times more garlic than US and amazingly in our grocery stores the Chinese garlic is sold for more than Christopher Ranch garlic. I never consume any Chinese garlic, regardless even when it is on sale and sold for one third of the US garlic so most of the time, only Christopher Ranch for me.

Grown in communist China!
Skip eating questionable food from China and demand USA grown food. You can get garlic grown in the USA at your farmer's market. You can also get it from farmers online and distributors such as: spicesinc.com. Or you can search under "garlic not grown in China" like I did. It does exist. Please join me in encouraging Amazon to get an organic source of garlic that is not from China; they currently have none. Let's help our own economy and not buy food from communist China.
