This was a wonderful addition to the kitchen. Inexpensive and does exactly what it should. Easy to clean and easy to use. Love that the metal is a bit thicker and that the blade is now better reinforced at the bottom and previous models. Will be using it for a long time to come. Had some amazing pineapple slices because of this over the weekend. Highly recommend

I have a plastic spiral pineapple cutter that I have been using for quite some time, but I was noticing that using it has became more difficult to turn the slicer handle clockwise through the pineapple.After receiving this stainless steel spiral cutter, I immediately bought a pineapple to test it on.First thing I noticed was that the clutter handle was very comfortable and contoured to fit my hand very comfortably. Because this cutter was made of stainless steel, my initial turn into the pineapple was very easy and almost no effort was needed. As I continued through the pineapple, I noticed that I didn't have to apply a downward pressure on the handle to keep the cutter engaged with the uncut flesh...I just turned the handle and let the cutter do all the work...The pineapple slices came out just a tad bit thicker than the slices using the plastic cutter, but that was not an issue or problem for me.This stainless steel cutter was almost like running a hot knife blade through hard refrigerated butter. I was very pleased, I also threw away my plastic cutter almost directly after slicing up the pineapple using the new cutter, mostly because I had to gather all the pieces to toss them.Cleaning this cutter was way easier than cleaning the plastic cutter. Removing the pineapple core from the cutter shaft was totally way easier to remove from this cutter shaft compared to what I had to do after using the plastic cutter.My wife loves to eat the pineapple core, and in order to remove it from the plastic cutter, I had to push my first finger really hard on the core end at the handle, sometimes I had to find something that would fit in the shaft but not bore into the core in order to push the core out the other end.With this cutter, all I had to do was use my first finger (only this time without pushing my finger hard) to move the core down to the other end of the cutter shaft until it protruded out the other end. Then I pulled the core right out of the cutter shaft with little to no pulling effort. The core came out without breaking and the texture of the core outside was very smooth unlike the rough texture I encountered while using the plastic cutter.Way impressed, with the steel cutter was way easier to clean up rather than the plastic cutter. All I did after removing the pineapple core, was run it under the water faucet to rinse out the leftover pineapple residue.Simple...horray, I can now buy more pineapples and enjoy the slices more since the effort I exerted while using the plastic cutter all but vanished when I used the steel cutter...what a relief...I found that the steel cutter assembly was very sturdy and virtually had no play when I made the initial cut into the pineapple.I really recommend this stainless steel pineapple spiral slicer to anyone...in my mind it deserves a total of 12 Stars and more thumbs up than I could give using my 2 hands...

This product is nice! My husband loves pineapple, so I bought this for him. He loves it! First he cut off the top, then he was about to cut one side off of the pineapple. I told him stop, you don’t have to do that. I told him how he was supposed to use the product. He thought I was crazy because he said he used to have one and cut one side off anyway! SMH, clearly he didn’t have one like this. I said do you want to see the video on Amazon (I knew he didn’t, lol). So, he finally did what I told him and saw I was right. This cores, spiral cuts and cuts around the sides. Pulls the pineapple right out of the skin (or whatever the outside is called). He was in love, it was easy to use and easy to clean! This is perfect if you want to make drinks inside of the pineapple. Great addition to our kitchen.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this to make my pineapple cutting easier. It really works great. Just make sure you're putting in in straight to begin with. You'll see on the video I had it at a bit of an angle, my first try. It works great. My only issue is getting the core out of the center of the tool. I under up using a serving spoon handle to push it through. But, a very small issue compared to the great results and ease of use. Easy to snap the handle in for use, and to remove it for removing the fruit once cored. Easy to clean and seems really sturdy.

Makes coring a pineapple a simple task. Cut the top off the fruit & use the tool.Works better than expected.....No more MESS....Will be eating a lot more pineapple....

This corer is the absolute best tool in my kitchen. I have always bought cored pineapples or cut them myself and it was a mess. I saybone in Hawaii a couple years ago and when I saw this on sale I grabbed it. Wow! This thing is absolutely legit. It's sharp, twists super easy into pineapple and pulling out the meat of the fruit it very easy. I pull the meat out, take the handle off, slide the fruit off and put it in Tupperware and place it in the fridge to chill before eating. Hands down 5 stars! Fast, sharp reliable and it's actually fun and satisfying to do!! Buy it!

Super easy to use. Quick. Works great. The corer could stand to be just the tiniest bit bigger around to avoid getting any of the hard bits. But overall, very handy!

This is such a useful tool, no more messing, just a nice clean cut and the core stays behind.

No trae marca, casi el 100% del producto no estaba soldado, terrible la calidad de los dientes para cortar, sin caja, me lo entregaron vilmente en una bolsa sin protector y miserablemente cerrada con una mini tira de cinta adhesiva... sin duda yo hubiera fabricado uno mejor. Lástima que no se puede poner 0 estrellas.
