I live in the Illinois area & read up on healthy ways to stop dog from licking/biting paws constantly scratching or dogs with allergies. It said to buy raw honey pollinated in your location. I have been purchasing this honey for 3 years now & when allergy season hits he does not bite paws & he does not scratch at all. All i do is sit jar in running hot water until enough melts to get 1 tablespoon & mix with dog food. I tried giving to him to lick off spoon but I guess he does not have a sweet tooth like mamma (lol), so that’s y I mix it with dog food & sprinkle a little water on food (he eats hard dog food) & he licks his bowl clean. So for me this product works. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because my last 2 orders the top came cracked luckily I still had cap from previous order & it was too late to return when I discovered. And the order prior to that one when I put honey in hot water (it’s hard & u cannot microwave) it came out in strange color different from any but this time my husband did not tell me until it was too late to return. So when I order again I will definitely take note of all these issues so that I can return if necessary. I’m praying these r one time occurrences because it works for my dog & I hate having to give him pills. The pharmaceutical drug industry makes enough money off of sick folks & some that are not.

I'm addicted to this stuff. I eat it straight out of the jar and it makes my whole mouth happy. I use it to sweeten my hot cocoa that I make with coconut milk & raw cocoa powder. It adds vanilla notes while sweetening to balance the bitterness of the cocoa. As long as I can buy it from Amazon I'll never purchase honey from the grocery store again. This product gets an A+ while the stuff in the bear container gets a D.

I love the taste of this honey, it is sweet but not overpoweringly sweet. The consistency is good, maintains its natural state. I gave it a four instead of a five because it must have traveled from a warmer climate, and when it reached me the honey was laying sideways in the jar. It never reverted to the correct form in the jar. Not sure if it somehow melted in the process of delivery.... would this effect the goodness of it's nature?

I’m a acacia honey snob, I will admit it. I’ve tried about a dozen or so brands of acacia honey. This sits kinda in the middle of the flavor spectrum. It’s very mild acacia scent and flavor. The texture is rather thick and creamy compared to others that are clearer and more fluid.

I love the grainy texture and flavor of the honey. It has a nice sweetness and I like(d) to take it daily as an immunobooster. Colds around the office have passed me by, coincidence, maybe. Unfortunately I am now on a low carb diet so I have to cut this out for a while and I will miss it.

This honey was a great price for the size. It came quickly and I am already in need of another. Acacia honey has a very light flowery flavor. I highly recommend buying this honey. I use it in everything from tea to baking.

The order came in nicely packed and everything was intact. The honey is very flavorful and I really enjoy it. I used mine for a natural antibiotic recipe.
