Installed Office and speed is good. Doesn't take for ever to boot up
No problems after 7 months. Wasn't sure if I wanted a tablet or laptop. Mostly use for internet and e-mail. Has Windows 10. Installed Office and speed is good. Doesn't take for ever to boot up. Applications open quickly. Wireless speed and connectivity is good. Glad I got the laptop now as I can use various apps or programs such as Office or Photo Shop. No touch screen.

IN LOVE WITH DELL!!!
I really love this laptop! The setup wizard was courteous and user friendly. I'm able to do multiple things like run my personal business, streaming music , downloading pictures, social media and shopping all at the same time. It performs great! It has a very modern look and lots of memory. This was a great investment at a great price! I'm not a major tech head but I think I picked great this time around!

Don't Buy.
I returned it, because the printed instructions and info are in a very unreadable gray scale, and I could get no help from Dell--their chat lines and phone lines were never available.
