Love Anthony's Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour. We decided to switch to a whole foods/plant based lifestyle. After researching new recipes, I found that I'd be using oat flour in many of the new dishes. Since we decided to be strict in our new lifestyle, I wanted the healthiest oat flour that I could find. This version of Anthony's has one ingredient, Organic Whole Grain Oats. It's a product of Canada and packed in California. It is everything you'd want in an Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour, non-Irradiated, USDA organic, CCOF Certified Organic, small batch tested, it is finely ground (it didn't clump in my recipes), it's non-gmo. I have used it in five separate recipes. It preformed perfectly in each one. It may not be the least expensive whole grain oat flour available, but it is (by far) the best I have tried.

Using many different specialty flours, this is a constant member of the arsenal. Very high quality.

Love the Anthony’s products. Always consistent quality. If you do a lot of gluten free baking I highly recommend their oat and brown rice flours. Price is much better than what I can find locally.

Honestly I prefer all purpose or self rising flour for my baking but this is healthy. I use it to bake a spoiled dog cake recipe for my dogs birthday's and gotcha day anniversary's.It's better to do no harm and give them something a little healthier while treating them. I limit they're treats to 10% of their food and want it to be healthy. Baking for them assures me they aren't getting anything bad for them. Google will give you the recipe. Use this for all your oat flour needs. I recommend it. I don't notice any unpleasant smell, the taste is fine and the texture is good too. You're supposed to adjust the amount of flour used when the recipe is all purpose flour so don't forget to do that. But to be honest I don't adjust it for my dogs cake and it's just fine.

Fine texture . Works perfectly in baking my butterscotch toffee bars, now gluten free.Tried a few other brands oat flour before this , wasn’t pleased with coarse grind.This brand is great, all the oat flavor and easy to work with.
