Very Comfortable Gi!
These Gi’s are REALLY comfortable. My old Gi from a different company was really stiff and heavy that it felt like I was rolling in a cardboard box. So It felt AMAZING rolling with my Elite Gi. It fit very well and it is not heavy or stiff at all.I also like the pant belt rope design that holds your pants on. My old Gi pant belt design was terrible and I would have to re-tie them constantly. It was very annoying and I’m glad that’s over now.I’m almost at blue belt now but My daughter has been using Elite Gis for a few years now and they are very durable. I have never needed to replace them due to tears or wear, only needed to replace them due to her out-growing them, so I trust that it will be a very long time needing to replace this one knowing first hand how durable Elite Gis are over time. They don’t fade or shrink and they are very inexpensive for a very expensive sport which is GREAT.I highly recommend these Gi’s to everyone who needs a Gi.Thanks you Elite for putting out great products at a very reasonable price!

Best in class
Fits true to size and the fabric quality is fantastic for the price range. Feels comfortable. I also love the red accents that come on the black gi. Very nice touch.

Nice fit, light weight, and comfortable material
Really nice Gi, definitely recommend for anyone who participates in the sport of Jiujitsu. The Gi is made of really nice material that conforms to your body for a nice fit, simply need to follow the sizing chart using your height and weight. I liked the feel of the material as well as it felt like a nice smooth material that doesn't feel like it's rough on skin but still rugged enough for proper training and grips. It's light weight to keep you fresh for comfortable training as well. I personally went with the green, since it is my favorite, and the pictures are true to the color as well, color doesn't bleed out and no shrinkage when washing. Would definitely buy again.

Run way big
Ordered this Gi and material was fine but way too big for what they suggested I buy. Size down!

Elite BJJ Gi TESTED, TRIED, and TRIUMPHED.
I bought the Elite Sports BJJ Gi because of the price as well as the high number of positive reviews about their products. I have been training jiu-jitsu for only 4.5 years and have bought six gis in that time. I am a 51yr old, 265lbs, 6ft.3in blue belt bjj guy that is able to train about 4-6 classes over four days each week. This is my first Elite brand gi and I cannot say enough good things about it.FIRST of all, their online store was easy to navigate.SECONDLY, shipping was quick (two days) and packaged nice and secure, both the product and the shipping packaging.THIRD, the fit and sizing was just right for me. I know there is a sizing chart that you can check, but I just know the A5 is my size in all the different brands of gis I have. However, I always make sure I order from companies that offer free returns and exchanges for the correct size, so that’s never been an issue or worry for me.The pants (for my A5) were a great fit, my thighs were not busting the seams and were loose enough for me to move around, sprawl, squat, windmill, uchi-mata, butterfly, guard, etc. – all kinds of leg stuff that a tight fit would make me feel restricted. The A5 Elite gi pants are a good, strong, and well-sewn. As with most brands, Elite has plenty of drawstring length if you need to cut some off and tie a knot on the end. For this A5, I won’t have to do that. The top (for my A5) was also a great fit. The sleeve length was just right for me, the body length was right where I like it, and the flaps (whatever you call the part you close around your middle) were sized right so my wide girth of a belly didn’t keep it from closing. The shoulder and armpit area was not restrictive. My movements and mobility were fine while doing uchi-mata drills. I have another brand that likes to tighten up around my armpits and makes me feel like I am also fighting my gi as well as my opponent. I didn’t feel like I was fighting the fabric of the Elite A5.FOURTH, the breathability (for my A5) was incredibly impressive. I spent an afternoon of drilling, training, and rolling in our metal building bjj gym with no A/C and bay doors open for a fan to circulate. This July afternoon was hot (for me) at a Mississippi 104 heat index plus humidity. I’m not complaining, I’m just stating the fact that I didn’t test this in November. I wanted to see how the Elite compared to my other “summer” gi. The Elite breathed better than any of my other brands that markets itself as a hot-weather gi. Both are good, but the Elite definitely breathed better. Today’s training in the heat affirmed my choice of the Elite as well as it being the first brand out of my mouth to recommend to my friends.FINALLY, the price (for my A5) was better than any other brand I’ve bought. I have a 19yr old son who is also my height, strength, frame (but not weight), and level of bjj experience. I usually buy two of whatever bjj gear I get. I know that ELITE Sports has specials from time to time, and that helps, but even at regular price, it’s very affordable and appealing.BONUS. For what it’s worth, I have been talking about this gi to my bjj partners and when the day came to train, they knew it was to be put through the ringer. One incident that was funny was during our grip fighting, my opponent had my gi in his grips and paused (briefly) to comment, “Dude, that’s soft! That’s a good feeling gi.” That was a good distraction technique and he got the takedown. I love, love, love this gi. I wore it all day in our seminar and was as comfortable as I could be. Others were taking off their tops between sessions for a breather, but I kept mine on. Go get an ELITE Gi or two. You’ll be glad. (Photo at the end of the training/testing of the Elite A5.)

Well fitting, affordable comfortable gi
This gi is very comfortable, breathable, and lightweight, as it's very easy to move and roll in them. For such a high-quality gi, this gi is very affordable, as they can easily be over $100. As far as sizing, I'd recommend looking at the Elite Sports size chart, as their sizes are a little different from the others. I bought an A3, where I normally wear A2. The gi top fits me perfectly, while the pants are on the looser side, but you can just tighten the elastic waistband. Overall, I'd recommend this gi to anyone looking for a high-quality, but affordable gi.
