Tool was what I expected for the price. Decent quality. It was cheaper to buy the tool from this vendor with the 50 cage nuts included than to buy just the tool from other sites. Satisfied with purchase.

Price is right and easy enough to use. Both the hardware and the tool are good quality. I'd buy again.

It's kind of hard to install nut in place using provided tool. I use my fingers to squeeze cage nut for installation. Feels wobbly. However, due to its price, it is a good bargain for the package.

Cage nuts hurt...no way around it. I bought this tool to help reduce the pain to my fingers installing the cage nuts. Sometimes it works ok while other times the angles just don't work. The tool may work better when you have full clearance to the sides of the rack, but in the actual work environment, this is rarely the case. I think the premise of the tool is sound, but I think there is probably some tweaks that could be make to make it work better (better at holding the cage numbers, squeezing more at the edge, etc). However, for the price, you can't really expect a whole especially when it also included 50 cage nuts and screws, which alone justifies the price.The cage nuts and screws are the best I have used, they are perfectly serviceable. I mainly use them on my Unifi devices since they are also silver; for everything else, I use a black cage nut I bought on Amazon that seem to be better made.

The nuts, screws and washers were all fine and decent quality. The nail-clipper style insertion tool doesn't work well though. Despite adjustments, it didn't make it any easier to insert or remove a nut than it is with your bare hands and a flat-headed screwdriver.I went back to using the traditional style tool which is basically just a tiny steel pry-bar. It may nick my knuckles from time to time but it's just faster.

I've never really used an insertion tool in all my years, but it's pretty handy. The bolts and washers have a nice finish. The washers are handy so you don't damage the finish on the equipment. Overall I feel it was good value for the money.

Wow, the nuts that arrived don't need the tool but it helped with removal and installation of other old spare ones. It's a great tool, nice value for it with the cage nuts and screws. It's working well holding my gear so far. And I have nail to clip because they're long, not because they're broken

Good build quality. The cage nut tool (nail clipper) is extremely handy.

I don't think these are the best quality, they look a bit cheap, but they do the job and who goes round staring at rack nuts anyway. The tool is really useful for installing the cage nuts which can be tricky to fit just using fingers.
