Walker's Shortbread Gluten Free Rounds, Pure Butter Shortbread Cookies, 4.9 Oz Box

Guess can’t do new review for 2nd purchase of same item. These like first package I got get a 5 because they are yummy. If I rated condition they came in they’d all get a zero. This time got two packages. Packages look fine. They came with another small item but like first package the cookies in both of these were broken into pieces. 9 cookies in each and so out of 27 ONLY ONE was totally intact. Is someone just stomping them or what, because of no cushioning? I don’t even need to take another picture. First package came with 4lb bag of dog food and no cushion or separation, so thought that’s why crumbled and these 2 were just bouncing around in box no cushion. For the price I don’t think they should be coming in pieces. Still yummy but a mess trying to eat pieces and crumbs.

Not one cookie out of two packs arrived unbroken. The crumbs tasted great and made a nice GF pie crust, but I will not order again because there was not one whole cookie.

These gluten free cookies are yum! Trying gf snacks is hit or miss but this purchase was definitely a hit. Lovely texture and taste . The cookies did arrive all broken but since it was just for me it wasn’t a deal breaker. Will definitely purchase again, perhaps in larger quantities as they make an excellent tea time accompaniment.

Delicious. Buttery. Would make a great pie crust, too. Amazon shipped in a bag instead of a box and cookies were crushed. Ate them anyway, got a refund.

Pros: cookies are tasty and fresh. Delivery was fast - received a day earlier than "expected by" date. Cons: cookies were shipped in a plastic bubble bag; the box was crushed and some of the cookies were broken.

Was absolutely distraught when I became gluten free about missing out on shortbread as it's one of my all time favorite cookies and these babies absolutely do not disappoint. A little dry, but otherwise so incredibly buttery and delicious. They remind me of the cookies that somehow appear in my new sewing kit tins. Iykyn

Not favorite shortbread cookies for Gluten Free Cookies but Great our favorite shortbread cookies! We are gluten intolerant, so we have to go gluten free. These are the best GF shortbread cookies! My only issue is most times the cookies are all in pieces but one whole cookie! [Last time out of a 3-cookie box delivery, the middle box was almost all cookies whole this time!]

Should have taken notice of the review. Not one cookie was intact. Every one in pieces. Including me when I opened them up. They were for a friend who is celiac. If Walker's knew what was happening to their world-famous "biscuit" they would be horrified!

Best GF shortbread in taste and texture. But you don’t get many in a packet.

I recognize these cookies are a challenge to bake ensuring texture and flavour. I definitely will order again.
