Looks nice and fairly easy to install however is it difficult to lock and moreso to unlock but not impossible by anymeans, just does not have much to grab a hold of.

Great construction, finish, and solid components. It was a little challenging to install it, but locking or opening is super painful. If you keep doing it about 10 times, you feel like you will get calluses on your fingertips. Not for bathrooms if you are in a hurry or if you have slightly bigger fingers.

We had a pocket door installed and I needed this to complete the job. Good quality. Easy to install. Glad I was able to find it on AMZ.

The handle is very shallow on this lock so it is difficult to close and lock. We are replacing it with a different model.

we had this professionally installed. this is a sturdy and stong lock which is very different from any other pocket door latch that i've seen before. this works just like regular door locks made for conventional doors. the only negative is that it may be hard for less nimble fingers to turn the lock. otherwise, GREAT product!thanks

Nice quality lock, but it is difficult to install and even moreso to unlock when you use it. Our pocket door is an Eclisse high end pocket door with slow close feature and prehaps adds to the difficulty in opening.

I bought this style because the door I used for a pocket door was removed from another location in my house and had the holes for the lockset already cut. I preferred the way this brand works over the Stanley one. The lockset I received is as pictured with the thumbturn as shown. The instructions indicate that one side of the thumbturn is longer, but that is not the case with this model. It was easy enough to install and somewhat annoying to adjust. It fit over the 2-3/8" backset that was already cut in my door. It fit the hole, but did not cover the size of the previous lockset. Easy to fix, but be mindful you may need to fill in marks and paint.The bolt is not perfectly square to the housing which caused me some trouble. Additionally, I had to grind the back side of the catch (strike plate) because the door after adjustment didn't allow the lock pin to insert fully into the catch. A little grinding with the rotary tool and it works as it should now. It came with 2 sets of screws for different door thicknesses. It installed on my 1-3/8" door with the shorter screws.The thumbturn is a little hard to grab to turn. It leads to pushing on the door which can push to door out of alignment with the catch enough to keep it from locking. To fix this will require some creative millwork carpentry to reduce the door movement at the stop. We'll see how it goes.Overall, I am not in love with it, and it works for what I need it for.

The installation was a breeze, just like a regular door handle. Not too many options to buy at Home Depot, when I found this one I wasn’t sure if it was to work. Nice, arrived on time
