I felt this tincture was more effective than taking chinese/baikal skullcap in capsule form. Doesn't make you drowsy during the day, but it brings your natural sleep schedule back by making you sleepy at the right time of the evening. It makes me sleep deep during the night without waking up too. Much better than other sleep supplements that wear off in the night. Give this company a try. I used this product as part of the Stephen Buhner protocol to fight Lyme Disease. After a few months my symptoms went into remission. I can't say enough good things about the Buhner protocol and this herb in particular I believe played a big role. Apparently Chinese Skullcap works in a synergistic manner with the other herbs and is a potent anti-inflammatory & antiviral herb. It did take about 2 weeks to arrive which is an eternity in the Amazon Prime world we currently have become used to. But I am more than willing to wait for high quality products made by an honest company which Montana Farmacy clearly is.

Does what it says, but artificially pricey for no good reason. Much, much cheaper to make your own tincture... dried skullcap and alcohol in a jar, shake daily for a few days or weeks depending on liking and done.

In America, a not very well-known herb...but this tincture has worked miracles. It helps me stay calm and sleep very well without any side effects. And I love Montana Farmacy. I've ordered many different tinctures from them, and I'm always impressed by the quality.
