I work for the State of Utah. I wasn't feeling well, so I went downstairs to a clinic in the building wanting to know what they thought could be wrong with me. They first check your blood pressure-I can't remember the exact numbers but I was up to 189-he prescribed me BP meds right away-I don't like taking prescription meds unless it's absolutely necessary-the only thing I've ever taken was antibiotics-So when I went back to work upstairs, I told a co-worker what the clinic doctor said-This particular co-worker is into holistic medicine/vitamins etc. He said his blood pressure was very high at one point-He told me to try Pressassure-I immediately went online at work-it said to take if your BP was normal-so I told him, I don't think this will work, my BP was definitely not normal-He said yes it will, his wasn't either. Well folks, I ordered it, and in one week it dropped to 169, the next week, 140, now my BP is 129-I was going to the clinic every week to have it checked. I recommend trying this if you do not like taking prescription meds. I order a bottle before I run out and take them faithfully everyday-Yes it's alittle expensive but I'd rather pay alittle more money than to take BP meds that could cause other problems down the line. I was shocked to see how high my blood pressure was at a mobile clinic testing unit. So I remember the radio commercial to control blood pressure with this product. I've been taking it for 3 weeks and my blood pressure went down by 30 points I expect it to go down more with further use. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to control it naturally. I'm also going for a check-up in a few weeks with my regular doctor, just to make sure.

This product has done absolutely nothing so far, I bought this because my blood pressure was getting a little higher than it used to be like 135-145 over 60, I used to be much lower, so I thought I would try this! Well , it says right on the bottle for maintaining a healthy normal blood pressure, does not say anything at all about lowering your blood pressure, but of course you don't know that till the product arrives at your home! I will continue to take the entire bottle , who knows maybe it will do something ,GOING GIVE IT A LITTLE MORE TIME.

I have been using the product for one month. It has done absolutely nothing to lower my blood pressure. A waste of money. When you get the product it says "For Maintaining Healthy Blood Pressure That is Already in the Normal Range". They do not tell you this when they advertize the product. If I had a blood pressure in the normal range, I would not be interested in the product.

Day one my bp shot down from 160/99 to 135/85. Day two, 129/80. Day three, 124/75. The only draw back besides the smell and taste is diarrhea. I read the ingrediants and 3 out of the 5 are natural laxitives. Im hoping my body adjusts as I take it.Great stuff, the Doc's just wanted me to spend more money on tests and rx. I have had hbp for years and some recent stressful events caused a spike. So, I needed something to relax my nerves and get it back down. Oh yeah, my resting pulse was 80 bpm and now 70 bpm.

I elected to take it in the AM before brushing my teeth. I open/close the bottle as quickly as possible so the bathroom doesn't get smelled up.The reason I bought this was that it appears to address the core of high BP, emotional tension, with ingredients which influence stress-related responses such as mood, well-being, etc. Nice to try to get at root cause instead of just symptoms like diuretics etc. do.After two weeks, I did notice a slight improvement in mood/peacefulness, but it could have been coincidental. Product literature claims results in as short a time as a few days to a week. Multiple BP readings show no significant changes from before. Might work for someone else but apparently not for me, too bad. I'll finish the bottle but probably not replenish.
