Highly recommended sealer
This product performed better than I expected. Was debating whether to use a lacquer sealer however I’m glad I used Glaze’N Seal. Wet look while preserving that natural stone finish. Used a sprayer to apply it, which was easy to apply and uniform application. You get your money’s worth for sure!

Great Product
I have been using Glaze N’ Seal for years. Dries quickly and leaves a nice wet look finish. You may have to use several coats depending on the porosity of the surface. The water base product has very little odor and is easy to clean up.

A New Lanaideck
Went on easy, and really gives the tile a very special rich look. I have now coated the lanai and am very happy with the new wet look!

Great For Stacked Stone Veneer!
I bought a few different sealers and tested them on my stacked stone. Most were like lacquer, smelled toxic, and left a glossy "thick" seal that, in my opinion, looked awful. But this stuff goes on like water, enhances the stone, no smell, cleans up with soap and water, and most importantly, you'd never know you were using a sealer. Whenever water hits it, it doesn't bead like the lacquer ones, but you know its working because the stone doesn't change color, it stays enhanced. To apply to the very uneven stack-stone surface, I needed to make sure to apply an even coat to all exposed stone but not get it on the surrounding cast-stone pieces. I tried different techniques using thick-nap rollers, a myriad of brushes, but finally settled on the following: I used an inexpensive, hand-held pump sprayer along with a sponge brush. Simply pour a pint of Glaze-n-Seal material into the sprayer, pump it to pressurize, then spray a small area. Use the sponge brush to re-distribute the material as needed. The sprayer delivers a fine, but accurate mist that can be controlled to not over-spray the surrounding area. Trust me, using this process will save you hours.I applied 2 coats; the first coat takes slightly more material because it soaks into the stone. I expect this treatment will last about 2-3 years in my area of Southern California where the weather is mild.

Glossy, but not a Wet-Look
A wet look sealer should darken color and leave a glossy finish. After 3 coats, I have the glossy look, but the color remained unchanged. Not as expected.

Just applied some to my concrete bbq top
So I got this product because of some one recomended to me cause he uses it all the time. Got two coats and looks really good in my opinion does a good job. And about longevity I'll up date my review when some time passes by. But so far so good.

Beautiful sealant for Arizona Sandstone
I was very pleased with the sealant. It is easy to use and has a wonderful slightly wet look which adds depth to the color and illuminates the whole look of the patio area. I have used this about every two or three years to seal after cleaning the stone thoroughly. Sandstone does not powerwash well since it is a softer stone. Keeping the seel on it protects it from absorbing mold and grime. The cleanup is much easier. No caustic odors to deal with and no nasty cleanup for brushes and tools used to apply. Highly recommend this product.*****
