How many carbs, sugar and calories does this tea have?

Thank you for your question! All Yogi teas contain less than one calorie per tea bag and less than 1/2 gram of carbohydrates per tea bag. Some of our teas, including Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy, contain trace amounts of sugar due to the natural/organic flavors used their formulas (between 0.003 and 0.170 grams of sugar per tea bag). If a Yogi tea contains any natural/organic flavors, they would be listed in the Supplement Facts panel on the outer carton, as well as on the back side of the individual tea bags. Yogi Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy does not contain any harsh laxatives or diuretics. However, given that lifestyle, diet and overall health are different for each individual, and given that everyone can respond uniquely to particular herbs and botanicals, the effects of this tea can vary from person to person.

Has anyone experienced weight loss with this tea?

Personally I don't think that I have just from the tea.. possibly as a by product of exercising some weight loss has occurred. It isn't marketed as a weight loss product, but I feel like I have more energy the days I consume it. They have a blue berry slim green tea , not sure what happened to the caramel apple slim tea..both taste good and help.

2 Yogi Positive + 2 Perfect Energy Tea Bags, Steep 5–10 mins: THANK ME LATER

This is, by far, my favorite black tea blend. It has a citrus vanilla taste, and it has been the only thing to wake and perk me up in the morning when I steep it with their Perfect Energy tea. It is very effective in providing energy. The quality of the tea is really good. It is powerful. I have a ritual every morning, and that is I take two bags of this and steep it with two bags of Yogi Perfect Energy tea blend. THANK ME LATER. If you have an issue with getting your day started in the morning or are grouchy like me, you NEED this blend in your life. I steep 2 tea bags of the Yogi Perfect Energy with 2 tea bags of the Yogi Positive Energy tea for 5-10 minutes, add coconut sugar, and either unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened vanilla oat milk. Drink it, give it 10 minutes to kick in, and I bet you will feel different in a good way. I have not been able to find teas with this much strength and effectiveness. I'm going to leave this review under the Perfect Energy tea as well.

Sweet Sweet Energy

My favorite wake me up tea! I add a little honey and a few drops of orange juice. It is refreshing served cold. Or piping hot with a sprinkle of turmeric. Sometimes I add sliced fresh ginger to the water and boil it. Amazing taste and you feel good too!
