Southern Biscuit Formula L Complete W/golden Shortening Flakes Biscuit Mix, 2-52 Oz. Pkgs

So simple. So good. I can have homemade biscuits in 10 minutes with this mix. I don't roll them out I just drop the dough into my buttered cast iron skillet, bake for 10 minutes and have wonderful melt in your mouth buttery biscuits. On a totally different level than canned biscuits!. Haven't tried this as a pancake mix but hear that is delicious too. Do not hesitate to buy the double pack. Once you try them you'll want more!

Sometimes I want biscuits, but real quick and authentic. I saw this utube video that mentioned this this biscuit mix but everything else he made from scratch so I wanted to try them. These are quick and good if you’re in a hurry. They’re called Plan L. I think that stands for Plan Lazy, lol. I don’t care, I can make scratch biscuits I just don’t always want to take the time, these are very good.

I've been cooking with Bisquick for about 50 years, and they changed the recipe and ruined it. Looking for a replacement go-to, I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a whirl. FABULOUS biscuits, fluffy and flavorful. I'm so glad to have found it.

I tried the biscuit mix for the first time yesterday. The biscuits are the easiest, best tasting, lightest biscuits I’ve made. They are nearlyAs great as my late Mother’s. The tops were golden brown, flaky and crunchy. I made sliders for supper last evening and again, delicious, perfect flavor. The simplicity of two ingredients makes these biscuits high rising winners.

The biscuits are light as a feather. WOuld recommend not over stirring. They are simply heavenly.

Although this is much more expensive to buy online than in a store, it isn't available anywhere in the Houston, Texas area as far as I know. I found out about this from a co-worker, whose wife is from North Carolina. When visiting my parents in South Carolina, I usually stock up on this flour. However, when it runs out, I do not hesitate to order it online. My wife usually makes biscuits with this flour, and they are the best biscuits I have ever tasted. They are light and fluffy, and taste fantastic! If you can't find this locally, I believe it is worth the cost to buy online!

I heard about Southern Biscuit Formula L through a chef video up on YouTube. His biscuits looked so good, I decided to give this product a try and I wasn’t disappointed. Southern Biscuit Formula L produce the best biscuits I have ever tasted. I made some biscuits from this product for my family and they all enjoyed it. I also use this product to make Buttermilk Banana Pancakes and even the pancakes turns out phenomenal. If you want easy to make biscuits that look like McDonald's or some of the other fast food restaurants, then this product is a good place to start--a much more pleasing product than the boxed baking mixes. You simply mix the flour mixture with buttermilk, knead it a couple of times, roll it out and cut your biscuits. They come out beautifully. The flavor of the biscuits falls somewhat short, however--they seem to be a little bland compared to those at the fast food restaurants, but they look great. I've tried adding a little more salt and even a little sugar, but to no avail. The shelf life of the product is about 6 months to a year before the baking powder loses its punch.
