Very good quality ghee!
Usually I make my own cultured ghee the traditional Ayurvedic way starting with culturing milk or cream, but sometimes I like to check out some brands of ghee to have a good quality option available if I need it.This ghee is of wonderful quality and tastes just like the one I make at home. Just so happy to finally come across a good quality one.I tried Banyan Botanicals, Ancient Organics and Two Brothers ghee, but didn't find them satisfactory.I would definitely buy Pure Indian Foods cultured ghee again when needed.

INSANELY delicious and authentic ghee. Cultured ghee is truly healthy.
I am huge connoisseur of ghee. I use it for its incredible taste and also for its health benefits. I grew up with cultured ghee and won't use any other ghee. There are MANY products out there that are not cultured - these are not really authentic. True ghee must be cultured. According to my Ayurvedic doctor, if you want to reap the incredible health benefits of ghee, your ghee must be cultured. This is a great product, the flavor is authentic and delicious. I use it for cooking, a dollop on top of warm rice, on toast, rotis, tortillas etc.

Grass-fed
This ghee is absolutely top-notch. You can really taste the difference—rich, buttery, and smooth, with a depth of flavor that only comes from high-quality, grass-fed dairy. It’s made from cultured butter, which gives it a slightly nutty, more complex taste that’s perfect for cooking, spreading, or even adding to coffee. I also love that it’s organic and free from additives, so I feel good about using it daily. Great for anyone following a keto, paleo, or Ayurvedic lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Pouring hot liquid ghee into plastic maximizes the toxicity of the plastic.
Plastic container…Pouring hot liquid ghee into plastic maximizes the toxicity of the plastic. I believe that hot oil is an excellent host for the toxins released by the plastic…. hormone disrupters and micro plastics that enter the blood and wreak havoc on one’s internal organs. Would not buy again… I thought I was buying a quality product. Quite disappointed.

Quality product ... but at a premium!
Eight months ago, I started my family on the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Diet. This nutritional protocol calls for an increase of natural fats. The use of ghee, preferably from a grass-fed source, was our first step. I'm now transitioning into making my own ghee (versus buying it). This brand is very creamy, if not runny at times. Whereas another brand, that's not grass-fed, tends towards being less 'grainy' and more smooth and dense. I wish the price weren't so high. There is a $11 difference between the two brands I was originally using. I stopped the first after realizing that, despite the company's name, their ghee was not grass-fed. Both were good. I would recommend this product to people ... until you learn how to make your own.

Ghee for bulletproof coffee! No gluten cross-reactions!
I have celiac disease and a couple of years ago started cross-reacting with milk products. I can no longer handle milk proteins and react with most ghee as well. This stuff is a godsend. I don't react! They list as less than 2 ppm casein. My labwork even came back without any negative changes after I'd been eating this daily for five months. The ghee is clean and tasty with a roasty flavor and makes a lovely bulletproof coffee. A milk product I can tolerate! Hooray! If you have celiac, YMMV - be careful, not all ghee is safe, and even this one might not be safe for some very very sensitive folks (I dunno) but if you want to risk it, this one is the one to try. This review is ONLY for Pure Indian Foods CULTURED GHEE. Not their other lines. Those are different. Pure Indian Foods CULTURED GHEE is the 2 ppm casein one.

Plastic Jar
The product is fine, but it comes in a plastic instead of glass jar. I won't order again.
