I love this massage ball. It's super easy to use and handle by yourself. It's small enough to travel with and it's pretty light too! It provides a similar feeling to having someone's elbow on you (but in the best way) - it provides for leverage.

This knot buster works well. I got it for my aches and pains while I was in a law enforcement academy and it served me well. It is easy to travel with and easy to take out and use on the spot anywhere. You can use it on other people and yourself as well. It's not just for knots but good for aches and pains in your lower back, shoulders and anywhere else. It's a hard little ball of plastic but works amazingly.

Lightweight, small, easy grip. You can use it on the wider side or the narrow side. It’s practical.

I purchased this because it was on of those infamous lists "what to buy the man who has everything". There is nothing overly impressive about it that warrants the price tag, but I needed a gift. One point in the description is that you can use it solo, but we have not found it to be that beneficial in that manner. However it has been great during partner work and when there is an opposite person using it.

I was so excited for this to arrive! And was horribly disappointed. 😞 I use trigger point pressure to relieve headache, neck, and shoulder blade pain. I use balls specifically made for myofascial pain relief. But sometimes I need more pressure than what I can create myself by leaning on something. Enter husband's elbow, lol. I love having my husband elbow me in a tense spot to work out the knot. However, it is very difficult for the elbower to know where they are exactly and to control the pressure since they can't feel anything with the end of their elbow. I thought the Knotty would be a great solution that my husband would like using. Unfortunately it's so rounded, that it is pretty much useless for trigger point pressure. And other than that I'm not sure what you would use this for. It's pretty expensive for just something to hold in your hand and rub a muscle with - your own palm would work better.

I love this tool, I get migraines and when I'm at work I can't take the prescription I have for them ( it knocks me out) but if I catch it early enough I get it to go away with this tool. The way you hold it makes it so with hard pressure your fingers and hands don't give out before your done loosening the tight muscles! I also wear a leg brace and so when I take that off this tool is great for smoothing my muscles back to the shape they belong in, it's an unloaded brace so it is very tightly strapped on. For something so simple it has many many uses, thanks!
