American Casual Long Johns for Men, Soft Shirt/Pants 2PC Fleece Thermal Set

I am 5' 9" and 155 pounds. I wear either a medium or large shirt because I have broad shoulders. Pants 33x30.I ordered a 'medium' because someone else mentioned that would be the right size for someone of my moderate stature. So small I couldn't even get it on. But it was attractive and comfortable. So I gave it to my much smaller wife, and ordered an 'extra large'. That too was much too small,. Then I ordered an 'extra extra large'. That fits. But there is something very wrong with someone my size requiring an 'extra extra large'! And too much money to spend unnecessarily !Otherwise it's a nice product. Someone desperately needs to fix the size chart mismatch!The 'large' barely fits and is extremely tight. So I ordered an

Nearly perfect. I just wish there was a draw string. I can see them getting worn in and them start to eventually want to fall down. I don't want to call them loose because they actually fit perfectly in the legs and everywhere else.. just the waist I feel could be a little more snug? Draw string please!Aside from that, tested them out for 10 minutes and it kept me warm. Felt like I was inside still, and it's only 19 degrees here in Chicago . I wore a thicker long sleeve shirt over it and my normal winter 2 in 1 jacket and I probably could sleep outside and not die. Haha. I love them. The material also feels very nice. Not itchy or scratchy, and also not like you're wearing nylons all over your body either. Feels like they're quality made and should last a long time.I will also say that I am 5'5" 1/2 - 5'6" and about 160lbs and I bought the Medium size.

Very Comfy. I am 5 feet 10 inches tall and weigh 185 pounds. I use XL T-shirts so I got these in XL. The fit is great. Mine were 100% cotton but did not shrink much after a warm wash and 30 minutes in a medium dryer. These are not Arctic thermals, but work well for a little extra warmth without sacrificing comfort.I take blood pressure medication. If I am in anything less than 65 degree temperatures for any length of time I start getting the chills in regular clothing. These help with that problem. On cold nights I can wear theses under my PJs and sleep well without worrying about the temperature too much.I plan to run this pair through a few more wash/dry cycles and if all holds up, I will be purchasing a couple of more pairs. If I do not update this post - all is well.

I just spent the summer working in Alaska, 16 hour days in which I was wearing these long John's immediately after the shower to bed and then putting my outer clothes on and working 16 hours. They kept me warm, although I will say I'm hot blooded so I stayed fairly warm in the processing plant anyways, so maybe that's not a fair assessment. My biggest complaint is that the fly on these just hangs open, it's not because I bought the wrong size, I bought two sizes bigger than I normally get, still too small and everyone still could have seen my underwear or lack thereof if I had comfortably walked around just in the long John's like I would have preferred, all in all they worked but I was pretty dissatisfied with the size and the faulty fly on all five pairs.

As to the size I first purchased extra large and they were a little too long but fit pretty comfortably I decided to go back and purchase 3 more pairs in size large. I am a 44 chest 34 waist 5 foot 10 200 lb. I just received the three pairs size large, but the three larges that came in are not 100% cotton as advertised. They are 60% cotton 40% polyester. My work requires 100% cotton so I had to return them.

The product itself is warm, soft, comfortable, seems durable and is worth the money. The sizing is just a little small and the legs are a little shorter than you might expect. If you order the next size up it should fit great. I wear these to stay warm while my child is at ice skating lessons and it does the trick. Cold before I got these nice and warm after. I've ordered a second set the next size up and I expect it will be great.

Got the XL when I usually wear US Medium to large. Probably should have got the large, but after the first wash, the fit is loose but I'm not swimming in the top so can use the long johns as lounge wear. The pants have a high waist which would keep your tummy warm and are a legging fit, but not high compression. Material is soft and warm with a waffle texture and stretches easily.
