Good for body and environment.
Nice with cold milk and definitely helps with stomach health. I noticed after eating Bran Flakes that my morning stools became more solid, which I’ve read is a positive. A good by product of this is that less toilet paper is used as you have a clean ‘drop’ in the morning. I think if we all eat Bran Flakes as part of our diet that we will no longer need toilet paper as our stool plops will be so clean and this will definitely help the environment with zero stool paper usage.
